I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much we appreciate everything Christy Reuter did to help us find and purchase our home in Ormond Beach. From our very first meeting, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Since we had only one day to look at homes, she made the most of our time. I especially appreciated that she prepared a folder for each of us with information about every property we were going to see, along with space to take notes. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the process so much easier. Christy listened carefully to what we were looking for and shared her knowledge of the area, which was invaluable to us as we were unfamiliar with the community. She helped us feel comfortable and confident making such a major purchase from out of state. We really appreciated having someone who knew the area well and could help us navigate the process. Once we found the right home, Christy negotiated on our behalf and secured a lower price. She also attended the appraisal and inspection, and when issues came up, she went back to the seller and negotiated to have those items repaired. We always felt that she was looking out for our best interests. What has impressed us just as much is that her help didn't end when we closed on the house. Christy continues to check in, offer assistance, measure rooms for us, and keep an eye on the property while we make plans to move in. Her frequent calls to see whether we need anything have been so reassuring, especially since we aren't living in Florida yet. Her willingness to help made this experience such a positive one. We are so glad we found Christy and feel very fortunate to have had her guide us through this process. Thank you, Christy, for making the purchase of our Florida home such a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us, both before and after closing.
