We met with Representative, KIM PERAN, at our condo, to discuss listing our home for sale. Kim was very professional, prepared, and NOT pushy ! After touring our property, Three things occurred; We discussed our desires & necessary actions to best list our condo; Kim shared with us What she would do for Us; and lastly, SHE DID WHAT SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO ! Our condo SOLD Quickly; at a Fair Market Price; and the Closing was Smooth & Enjoyable for ALL parties. We sincerely appreciate her efforts and the entire Adam's Cameron TEAM who assisted us.
