Let me start by saying I don't generally write reviews or rate businesses, but I will certainly recommend Delta Schrade as one of the best realtors I've had the pleasure of working with, probably the very best. She not only worked a clever deal for us to purchase our new home in Florida before we sold our existing home in Oregon, answered all of our concerns quickly and efficiently, led us through the purchase process seamlessly, but continues to be a resource for us by helping us settle into our new community with referrals and advice! She is knowledgeable, professional, and just a great person to know. Please don't read this like one of those flowery nice things people say to help people out, I think real estate for Delta is more like a ministry. Bruce Butler

We used Lorraine Hunnefeld for the sale of our property in Ormond Beach recently and she did an amazing job. She answered all of our questions, some we didn't even know we should have. She was very quick to respond and has a wonderful personality. If we ever need an agent in the area we'll definitely be calling Lorraine again.

Sold my place in Colonial Colony South with the help of Kristy Montanelli. Kristy was terrific. Not only did she get the Covid virus but she managed to keep in touch with what was going on. Closing took place at your Ormond Office. I thank Kristy for a job well done!
