We worked with Alex to find a home in the Ormond area throughout the Spring and were blown away by his knowledge of the area and helpful guidance. Alex FaceTimed with us for over an hour to understand what we were looking for and was able to quickly send us excellent listings with background info not listed online. Once we made it to town, he took us through all the greats of the area and educated us on history of the area, restaurants, schools, activities, communities, 'vibes' of different sections, and offered unbiased advice throughout every interest we had. He was quick to get us info on homes we expressed interest in and was able to work with our sometimes last minute schedules to get us tours on multiple different homes. Alex is professional, knowledgeable, has a great reputation with other agents, and made our entire home buying experience FUN! Highly recommend
